Raw Wildflower honey is exactly what it sounds like. Derived from a variety of wildflowers and plants which are blooming during the summer months. The taste varies from year to year based on what's in bloom during that year as rainfall and weather affect what plants are blooming each year.
This honey has a delightful taste and is darker in color. Darker honey has more vitamins, minerals, and antioxidant properties compared to lighter honey.
All of our honey is 100% pure U.S. honey - there is no blending or alteration done to any of our honey!
The gallon container shows the crystallized version of the honey - you will get a 5 lb. container of the honey that you order.

I always order my wildflower honey from ebee , wildflower honey is the only honey I will eat. I have been purchasing my honey from them for quite some time a few years now I ordered three different times this summer it’s always delicious. I just purchased another 5 pound container of wildflower honey and I am excited to say my wildflower honey This time is absolutely 100% delicious as always but this one It taste just like flowers and it smells just like flowers , with each order of wildflower honey it’s always different and always so delicious but this one I can’t believe how much it smells like flowers, and taste like flowers. I love Ebeehoney the wild flower honey its always my go to honey it’s by far my favorite I ordered 5 pounds of wild flower honey a week ago to put In my hot teas and hot coffee and to put on my cantaloupe and half of my 5 pound container it is already gone. I also take a bout tablespoon or two and eat it right out of the jar everyday because It’s that delicious. I ordered a week ago and it literally delivered to my house two days after I purchased. I am definitely a big fan and I will definitely be purchasing more wildflower honey. I have been a customer for a few years now.

I’ve been buying their honey for several years now. About 5 lb a month. The selection has been off for some time now. My last order on 4/17/23 was for sugared wildflower honey. Instead they sent me 5 lb of creamed centrifuge scraps. Everything about it was horrible. I tried to contact them but got zero response. Fool me once shame on you.

We have unfortunately been sold out until the next honey crop comes off the hives. When you state the selection has been off - you mean out of stock. People have been buying much more honey since covid and once we sell out, unfortunately the bees don't produce year round.
Crystallized raw wildflower honey that you ordered can vary from season to season - it simply depends what flowers/plants are in bloom during the season - that is why wildflower honey can vary and is simply called wildflower honey. No single source; such as basswood honey, etc. Also crystallized honey is not the same as creamed honey - they are 2 different products.
