Any order that is canceled for any reason and has not shipped will incur the fees that we are charged by the payment processor. This fee is also charged for any order placed using Paypal. The fees are 3% plus .49 cents per transaction (i.e. per order) will be deducted from your refund when you cancel your order for any reason. Once you click the submit order button, these fees are instantly charged by the payment processor - we do not get these fees refunded back to us regardless of why you cancelled your order. If you have any questions, please send us a message prior to placing your order and give us 24 hours to respond prior to placing an order that you might have to cancel.

Please note if you order royal jelly which is a perishable product there are shipping requirements based on your shipment location. If we are shipping to the following states you MUST SELECT UPS 2 day air as your shipment choice - the states are:. AK, AR, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, HI, ID, KS, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, NV, OK, OR, SD, TX, UT, WA, and WY. We list this requirement on all royal jelly pages; as well, as the shopping cart page. If you ordered royal jelly and were shipping to one the above mentioned states and you selected UPS ground and then decide to cancel your order since the shipment cost will be higher for UPS 2 day air - the fees (3% + .49 cents) incurred for your transaction will not be refunded. These fees are not returned to us and our royal jelly shipping requirement is clearly stated throughout our website.

For non-food items:  
If your order has already shipped and your return is approved by us, you will need to ship the order back to us in it's new unopened condition at your expense. Once we receive the item(s) back, we will issue a refund for the item amount. The original shipment charge and the credit card fees 3% plus .49 cents will not be refunded. Only the cost of the item itself. Please note we are not able to accept returns on food items once they are shipped.

Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks:
We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

Shipping: Please note at times we may have to change shipping methods based on items you ordered. (i.e. we may ship via UPS versus the post office and vice versa). If there is or has been an issue shipping to your physical address (lost package, etc.) - future orders will be required to be shipped to an UPS location with a signature requirement and photo ID upon pickup at the UPS hub. There is an added UPS charge for this service, so please call us prior to ordering if you wish to order and we can let you know the shipping total which will include the signature guarantee delivery.
