Pure Raw Comb Honey - Just as the Bees Make It
Our comb honey is completely raw and unfiltered - comb honey still held in its natural beeswax comb. Every comb honey container is harvested straight from the hive; without heating or processing, preserving all of the honey’s natural enzymes, antioxidants, pollen, and propolis. Some folks call it honeycomb, comb honey, cut comb honey - it's all the same.
With comb honey you get the sweet floral taste of fresh honey coupled with the chewy, natural texture of real beeswax. Spread it on warm toast, drizzle it over yogurt, pair it with cheese or fruit - or enjoy it straight from the comb.
The weather has to be warm and the nectar flow has to be strong for the bees to make comb honey which is made by the bees in late summer to fall.
