Raw Wildflower honey is exactly what it sounds like. Derived from a variety of wildflowers and plants which are blooming during the summer months. The taste varies from year to year based on what's in bloom during that year as rainfall and weather affect what plants are blooming each year.

This honey has a delightful taste and is darker in color. Darker honey has more vitamins, minerals, and antioxidant properties compared to lighter honey.

All of our honey is 100% pure U.S. honey - there is no blending or alteration done to any of our honey!

What real honey should bee like

Originally I bought this honey to feed my 145 year old sourdough starter, but when I made biscuits this morning I had to try so of this wonderful honey on a fresh from the oven biscuit, it was so flavorful and tasty, unlike the lack luster overly processed "honeys" that are foisted on the public today, hurrah for small business and such great products still being available.

Great honey!
