Spring Blossom Honey made in Spring and early Summer is special, coming at a time when nature and the bees are bursting with new life. After a cold and quiet Winter, the bees feast upon a bounty of reawakened flowers helping to produce Spring Blossom Honey.
Spring weather is tricky - sometimes it’s rainy, sometimes windy, and occasionally cold enough to freeze. Bees need a bit of luck to get good flying conditions. But when everything lines up - strong, healthy bees and lots of nectar - and the weather cooperates, it’s a joyous thing!
