





Raw Linden Honey is harvested in mid to late summer. Linden honey is also called Basswood Honey and even Lime Honey.
Basswood Honey is produced from the Basswood / Linden trees and the trees are highly attractive to pollinators and are a major source of nectar for honey production.
Tastes Like: Linden honey has been described as having a very fresh aroma described as minty, menthol, camphor.
Pairs With: Mild Cheeeses, Fresh Fruit, Yogust, Bread, Teas and Light Drinks, Meats with a Glaze.
